Hi, I'm Louise
Hello you
If you’ve landed here, you’re probably looking for a coach. Good, you're in the right place.
I’m Louise, a neurodiverse, busy-brained business owner with all the ideas, too many to-do lists, and enough website domains to start an IP company.
I know what it’s like to struggle to actually put your ideas and plans into action. Jumping from one idea to the next. Losing your passion for your business. Second guessing yourself when you’re trying something new.
If this sounds like you, I'm so glad you've found me.

How it started
Technically, I’m a Manchester girl, but I spent most of my life in Jersey before moving to Malton in 2023.
I come from a corporate and tech background, so problem solving has always been my thing.
Over time, I realised the biggest thing holding people back isn’t a lack of ideas.
It’s the overthinking, the hesitation, and not trusting yourself to actually take action.
That’s what led me into coaching.
In 2023, I made the move from corporate life into life coaching.
It hasn’t been a straight line, but that’s kind of the point.
What it’s like to work with me...
I’m not a “sit and talk at you for an hour” kind of coach.
I’ll ask the awkward questions that actually get to the root of the problem.
I’ll be honest and call things out if I need to.
I’ll help you move forward. Not rushed, but with a clear plan.
Sometimes that’s mindset.
Sometimes it’s a business decision.
Sometimes it’s just getting out of your own way.
It always comes back to one thing.
Getting you out of your head and into action.
The human bit
If you meet me in real life, the first thing you’ll probably notice is my energy. I’m naturally positive, a bit quirky, and I don’t take myself too seriously.
I tend to pick up on people quickly and say what they’re already thinking but haven’t quite said out loud yet.
People often say they feel lighter after chatting with me. Things feel clearer and more manageable. That’s not by accident.
And this is how I show up in my coaching sessions too.

I’m an introverted extrovert
I really value my time alone just as much as I do being around people.
Being neurodivergent and living with chronic illness means burnout and energy management are real life for me. So I get it. And that experience shapes how I work and why I coach the way I do.
You’ll usually find me with my Cavapoo, Buddy, who is featured heavily in my content. I practically live in jumpsuits and love a Vinted bargain. Harry Potter is always a safe bet.
And if I’m not coaching, I’m usually working on events for the Malton Women’s Business Collective, a networking group for female business owners I co-host with my partner in crime Fiona Bielby from Anoif Photography
If that sounds like your vibe, you’re in the right place.
